Firm Tech Solutions LLC ("Firm Tech Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides cybersecurity consulting, custom software, and AI-powered communication tools, including text messaging and voice call services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at firmcybersecurity.com and to our text message and voice call programs (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you include in a form, text message, email, or phone call with us. Call and message records: the date, time, and content of text messages and phone calls with us, including call recordings and transcripts where permitted by law and disclosed to you. Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies on our website.

2. How we use information

To send text messages and place voice calls you have agreed to receive. To protect our Services, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

3. Text and voice messaging (mobile information)

When you give us your mobile phone number and agree to receive texts or calls, we use that number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes our service providers who help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging carrier and platform, such as Twilio), who may use your information only to provide services to us and not for their own marketing. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can opt out of voice calls by telling us during a call or by contacting us at the details below. See our Terms and Conditions for full messaging terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers that help us run the Services (for example, communications providers such as Twilio, voice and AI platform providers, hosting and database providers, and our website platform), who may use the information only to perform services for us; authorities or other parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security; and a successor, in a merger or sale of the business.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Message and consent records are kept for at least 4 years to document consent. You can ask us to delete your information.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Text messages: reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Voice calls: tell us to stop calling, or contact us. Access, correction, or deletion: contact us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Residents of certain states, such as California, may have additional rights to know, delete, and correct their data and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
