Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 8, 2026
By using firmcybersecurity.com or our text and voice services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Firm Tech Solutions LLC ("Firm Tech Solutions," "we," "us") provides cybersecurity consulting, custom software, and AI-powered communication tools. Some messages and calls are sent by us or on behalf of our business customers (for example, an appointment link sent after you call a business that uses our AI receptionist).
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content. All content on the site belongs to Firm Tech Solutions LLC or its licensors. Our services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
3. Text message program terms (SMS/MMS)
Program name: Firm Tech Solutions Text Messaging.
Program description: If you opt in, you may receive two kinds of text messages from us (or from a business using our services). (a) Transactional and follow-up messages: appointment and booking links you requested, confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you asked, customer service and account notifications, and follow-ups to a phone call or form you submitted. (b) Marketing messages: promotions, offers, discounts, event announcements, and news about our services. We send marketing texts only to people who have separately agreed to receive them.
How to opt in: There are two separate consents. (1) Transactional and follow-up texts: you opt in by checking the first (unchecked) consent box on our web form and submitting your mobile number, by texting a keyword to our number, or by verbally agreeing during a phone call with us. (2) Marketing texts: you opt in by checking the separate, unchecked marketing consent box on our web form, by texting a keyword to our number, or by otherwise giving your written consent. By opting in to marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the number you provided, including messages sent using an autodialer. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can receive transactional texts without agreeing to marketing texts.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Marketing messages: up to 8 per month. Transactional and follow-up messages depend on your interactions and requests.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier. We do not charge for text messages.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation text and then no further messages. You can also email or call us at the contact details below. Replying STOP ends all texts from that number. If you only want to stop marketing texts but keep transactional ones, email or call us and we will update your preferences. You may rejoin by texting START (or UNSTOP) or by opting in again.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at jcorley@firmcybersecurity.com or 678-978-4977.
Supported carriers: Participating major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at firmcybersecurity.com/privacy-policy. We do not share mobile information or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Voice call terms
If you provide your phone number and agree, you consent to receive calls from us or on our behalf at that number, including calls that use an automated system, an AI-generated or artificial voice, or a prerecorded message, to give you information you requested or to follow up on your inquiry. Some calls may be answered by an AI receptionist, and calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, scheduling, and record-keeping. We will tell you at the start of the call that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. Consent to automated or AI calls is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We place marketing calls using an automated system, AI voice, or prerecorded message only if you have given separate written consent to marketing calls.
How to opt out of calls: Tell the caller or the AI assistant to stop calling you, or contact us at the details below. We will stop within a reasonable time and no later than required by law.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the phone number you provide, that the information you give is accurate, and that you will tell us if your number changes or is reassigned, so we do not contact someone else.
6. Business customers
If you use our services to send texts or place calls to your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining valid consent from those people, honoring opt-outs, and following the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and other applicable laws. We may suspend messaging if consent or compliance is in doubt.
7. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Firm Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as described in Section 2. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or of law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, unless law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may change these Terms at any time by posting the update with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
